Loose leaf Shou Mei delivers a richer, bolder flavour than is usual for a white tea and the more mature leaves tend to have been naturally oxidised more than early Spring leaves.

This is definitely a white tea which is on the stronger side and it's sweet vanilla flavour has a nutty undertone. Although the tea has a strong flavour it is still gentle enough to be perfect for when you want a lighter tea!
it's so interesting to try shou mei! i've never thought that a tea could taste nutty and vanilla like this but not too sweet as the same time. my personal favourite for sure!
One of my favourite teas! Although it's a white tea, the flavour is much more intense than any other white teas out there. It's naturally sweet and floral with a hint of stone fruit. Truly a very special tea!
