Whilst great effort has been made to ensure the TEAPRO boxes and the content available to view on the TEAPRO website is of a high quality, no warranty of any kind is given or implied, except that there has been no wilful negligence. To the greatest extent permissible by law,, all associated parties, the directors & employees shall not be liable for any loss or claim arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website, except in the case of the wilful negligence of the company, its directors or employees.

The term ‘we’ is used here to denote We have taken all reasonable efforts on the accuracy of product information on this site but make no warranties or representations of any kind on the accuracy of such information. Information on this site must not be relied upon.

We cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from the use or inability to use the website, or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data, or any other loss which does not directly result from a wilful error on our part.

When you order TEAPRO box, you subscribe for a monthly delivery of tea.

Upon placing an order/signing up for a subscription with, you will receive an automatic email stating that your order/subscription has been received. However, this does not mean we have accepted your order/subscription.

We will bill you during the first week of each month and the subscription box will be dispatched on the second full week of every month.

Shipping within UK mainland is free with standard 1st class, and we do not offer tracking at this time.

Our subscription boxes are not letterbox sized, and Royal Mail will attempt to deliver in the 2nd week of the month. Where a subscription box cannot be delivered due to no one being in, a card will be left at the recipient address notifying the occupier that a delivery was attempted. Collection details and/or options for a redelivery at a convenient other time will be provided on the card. Boxes that cannot be delivered (incorrect addresses, ‘gone-aways’, no response from recipient following delivery attempt etc) will be returned to our office after four weeks. At this point we will notify the sender that the box has not been delivered.

You might want to consider sending your subscription box to your place of work if you think you might not be at home to receive your box.

If you change address, you must update your address details by logging in. Please note that we cannot amend address details once payment has gone through and we will not send replacements or refund orders which go missing due to an incomplete address. For subscriptions we can update address details in time for your next box if you contact us before the 10th of the month. If you contact us after this date, the address will be updated in time for the next month’s box.

Please note that any delivery dates and times stated on our website are estimates only and we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on a particular date.


Payments will be taken automatically by Stripe


You as the consumer have the right to change your mind about the subscription and can suspend your membership at any time by logging in and managing your subscription. The box will go out in the second week of the month and payment will be taken on the 4th day of the month. If you cancel after the fourth day of the month you will receive another box before your subscription terminates.


If you would like to pause your subscription you have the option to skip up to two deliveries. Pause should be requested per email at before the 10th of each month.


Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.


Discount codes and coupons MUST be redeemed at the point of ordering. We cannot accept coupons and codes after your order has been placed. If you encounter any issues with redeeming your coupon or code, you must inform the TEAPRO team prior to placing your order and we will assist you within 24 hours of the issue being reported. Offers and codes can be deleted or changed without notice as the TEAPRO see fit. Codes cannot be redeemed for cash.


Placing an order/Signing up for a subscription does not mean that your order/subscription has been accepted or will be processed. Your order constitutes an offer to buy products from TEAPRO. Any order placed at TEAPRO will need to be accepted by us. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. If we do, we will give you a refund via the method in which you paid.


All rights in the designs and information of this website are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may view, copy or print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order. The materials on the website may NOT be used for any other purpose.
TEAPRO is a LTD company and may not be copied, used in public or for advertising purposes without prior consent. Any individual or company using this name will be contacted by TEAPRO and will be asked to retract any comments made in public relating to our products within 24 hours. Failure to comply with these rules will result in legal action for compensation.


We value your personal privacy and therefore guarantee that we will not sell or pass your data to a third party outside of TEAPRO, in the normal course of business, unless that third party requires the data to provide you with your order for delivery or in the course of communicating with you as a customer. As part of our customer charter we will process your personal data fairly and lawfully.

We reserve the right to withdraw or change any part of our website at any time without prior notice. If any of these terms & conditions are held to be invalid, then the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. We reserve the right to modify our Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
