We deliver our boxes all around the world, so you can enjoy our amazing loose leaf teas regardless of where you’re based. 

The UK delivery is FREE when you spend over £15. The international shipping rates vary for different countries. Please see the checkout for a precise quote.

COVID-19 & Brexit update: 

Unfortunately, due to shipping complications that arise for international deliveries, EU and US shipping options are currently limited to Tracked only.
From January goods moving to EU countries will now be potentially liable for local import VAT and duties. 

Currently the guidance is that local sales tax will be liable on orders over €22 and duty over €150. We are monitoring the situation closely, to understand any impacts to our customers in Europe and will keep you updated as information becomes clearer.

WE ARE WITH YOU THROUGH COVID-19

Staying apart to keep us together. We are strictly following Public Health England guidelines and working hard to ensure tea keeps arriving to your door.

Please bare with us and our delivery partners if there is a delay to your order. If we had to close our online operations in the future due to illness or a change in the government legislation, we will contact you to either issue a refund or can hold the order until we re-open. Please feel free to email us on info@teapro.co.uk if you need any additional information.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If an item you’ve received is damaged or incorrect, take a photo of the item and a photo of the label on the teapro box. Send them to info@teapro.co.uk within a week of receiving your delivery and we will either arrange a re-delivery or issue a refund.

*Replacements and refunds for lost or damaged items are available for tracked packages only.

Missing Delivery

You should receive an email notification when your box is out for delivery. Due to the COVID19, it may take longer than usual for your box to arrive. However, if you still haven’t received your box after 2 weeks, feel free to get in touch at info@teapro.co.uk and our support team will help you. 

Billing schedule

The monthly Teapro journey is billed immediately and recurring payment is taken on the 1st of each month. 

Order before the 20th to receive the current month’s box. Orders after the 20th will receive next month’s box.
