Notes & Tips

Leaving over night? If you’re preparing the cocktail ahead of time, we recommend adding cucumber pieces to the teapot once the tea has cooled down and putting it in the fridge over night.

Sweeten strategically: Add a sweetener like honey or syrup to the hibiscus tea while it’s still warm – it dissolves better and balances the tartness evenly.

Other mixers: You can replace ginger ale with a soda or tonic water OR you could leave it out entirely.
