BodyBoost is really nice. It has a great strong flavour and is packed with energising ingredients. Ideal for before long dog walks on cold days.
Instead of my usual green tea during the day I now substitute this for the body boost workout tea. It’s easy to brew and is aesthetically pleasing. It tastes nice too making it easy to drink
I got curious about the weight loss benefits of this one. I've only been using it for a week, so it's too early to talk about results, but I like the flavour a lot. It actually somewhat reminds me of coffee. I enjoy it most cold, so I usually brew a big batch in the evening and put it in the fridge - then I drink it before my workout in the morning. So far so good!
