The perfect hot beverage on a cold day! Also tastes good if you let it cool down and have it as a cold brew, add some ice and that’s perfect for the summer! I definitely recommend also getting the infuser glass to make the brewing process easier, and to keep your tea hotter/colder for longer as it’s double walled glass, or even the tea pot if you’re sharing with others.

In winter I usually drink it as soon as I feel even the slightest symptoms of flu - it honestly works wonders! The key is to drink it before you actually start feeling ill. In summer, I steep it and then cool it down in the fridge - it's the perfect natural replacement of elderflower cordial!
Definitely one of my favourite teas to drink when I sense the first symptoms of flu coming. It's really soothing, so I also like to drink it before going to bed as well. Highly recommend it!
