2015 Snow Kissed Raw Pu-erh Braids

Yunnan Snowy Mountain is a renowned tea-producing area within the Mengku tea region.

The tea leaves of this cultivar have a glossy, dark green appearance and the tea itself is remarkably fresh and robust in flavour.

Due to the remote location in the mountain jungles and the difficulty in harvesting the leaves, production of this tea is extremely limited.

Unique shape and flavour

Very unique pu erh - it has a very mineral flavour, which is very unique but I really like it! I would say use 2-3 braids at least to for the flavour to come through fully. I usually resteep it. 3-4 times.

nothing like what I've had before! stunned by its mysterious smokey opening with depths of minerals... and a tender sweet aftertaste ... I would say this is not the kind of tea you would have a big piece of cake to go with .. this sophisticated beauty should be enjoyed on its own ????
