I was looking for a new way to start my mornings because I hated the caffeine crashes associated with coffee, so I decided to try Maca Root tea and it's absolutely perfect. Both the earthy, nutty taste and the energy boost were exactly what I needed.
I'm a big fan of "natural supplements" and maca root is definitely one of them. I have noticed a significant shift in my overall mood - I feel much more balanced since I started drinking it. The taste is very subtle with slight earthy and malty notes. I like adding a dash of honey to it.
