Yes, lotus leaf tea is naturally caffeine free and has a mild calming effect. It is often enjoyed in the evening to help unwind and prepare for rest. While it will not cause drowsiness like a sleep aid, its soothing nature makes it a gentle choice for those who struggle to switch off before bed.

I got curious about Lotus Leaf tea because of its weight loss properties. I've been drinking it for the last 4 weeks and I am definitely starting to see the difference! The flavour is pleasant with slightly grassy and tangy notes. Will be buying more soon!
