1. Remove the flowering tea bud from its sealed packaging and place into your glass teapot or glass tea cup with an infuser.
2. Heat water to 100°C
3. Pour you water at least 3-4 inches above the tea bud to let the flower fully bloom.
4. Watch your tea bud unfurl from a tiny ball into a beautiful flower. This usually takes 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour your tea into your cup and add any desired sweetener.
6. Re-steep the tea bud up to 3 times.
