TEAPRO RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with any item you purchase on the site, then contact us by email to let us know.
You can return an item to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost excluding postage costs.

REPLACE A BROKEN ITEM

If an item has arrived broken, please contact us by email to request a replacement and dispose of the broken item.
In your email please include a photo of the broken item as well as a photo of the box with the shipping label clearly visible. This helps us raise the issue with our delivery partners.

HOW LONG TILL I GET MY REFUND?

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged. Once processed, you will receive your refund within 7-10 business days.
