Lady's mantle

Lady’s mantle belongs to the genus Alchemilla, with over 300 species. The plant is native to cool temperate and subarctic regions of Europe and Asia, with a long history of use in these areas.

The scalloped, pleated leaves earned it the name “lady’s mantle,” referencing the Virgin Mary’s cloak in some European cultures.

In traditional medicine it’s been used for centuries to ease menstrual cramps, regulate cycles, soothe digestive issues, and reduce inflammation associated with skin conditions and urinary tract infections.

Lovely flavour

I really like the flavour of this tea - it's smooth, slightly grassy with a bit of earthiness. But the best part is that it helps me with my menstrual cramps.
