I am working my way through the white tea box & Ladys Mantle Tea. My favourite so far is Glow Up, however I have another 3 to try. They are all being marked out of 10 on the envelope as I go ......old school!! It's fabulous being able to sample them before buying a full size pack. My tea cup bought in Beijing 16 years ago is getting some serious use.

I really like the flavour of this tea - it's smooth, slightly grassy with a bit of earthiness. But the best part is that it helps me with my menstrual cramps.
