A guide to the perfect brew
Simply measure and place your loose tea directly into the small teapot (800ml) with hot water, leaving the leaves to steep for the recommended amount of time.
White tea
White tea is usually forgiving when it comes to brewing – brew 1-2tsp of tea leaves in 85-95° water for 2-3min and re-steep up to 4 times.
Green tea
Green tea is slightly more sensitive to temperature. Brew 1-2tsp of tea leaves for 2–3 minutes in 75-90° water. Can be re-steeped up to 3 times.
Black tea
Black tea is recommended with boiling water. Steep 1-2tsp of tea leaves for 2–4 minutes. Can only be re-steeped once.
