1. The steam from boiling water exudes a lot of pressure!
Let the steam escape for 1 min before sealing the cap to prevent leaking.
2. The water flows between bottle and filter only at 45° angle.
Before opening the bottle, make sure all the water has been drained from the filter by tilting it at 45°.
3. How to avoid over-brewing when on-the-go
If you’re carrying your bottle in a bag, you can keep it upright (no need to flip it upside down). The tea will infuse as you walk around.
4. How to avoid spills
Before putting the cap back on, decant the left-over liquid into the bottle by tilting it sideways.

Loving this on the go tea flask it makes life so much easier. The fact I can enjoy loose leaf tea on the go with the most organic ingredients, that benefit my health is amazing. This review is for a replacement I got after the first infuser was leaking. It is working perfectly so far. The usable volume of the flask (without the infuser part) is 350 ml, which is a good compromise compared with other tea flasks. The mesh is coarser than those of other infusers I have used. This is great for teas with large leaves that unfold during steeping. I have tried it with a black breakfast blend with rosebuds, and a classic gyokuro. For both teas I could reduce the first steeping time by a minute, compared to infusers with finer meshes, and still extract the same amount of flavour. Even the third infusion was still very enjoyable. Not quite what one would expect from a kyusu, but an excellent choice on the go.
